We congratulate Christa Svensson, Tri Marine Sustainability Program Manager – Global, on her appointment to the Seafood Task Force Board of Directors. She is joined by eight other people, each representing a member of the Task Force.

The industry-led organization, of which we have been an active member since 2016, aims at addressing and preventing issues surrounding labor and illegal fishing in the supply chain.

Christa’s board appointment recognizes the work she has led through the Worker Voice Working Group within the Task Force, and her engagement in the area of mutual recognition of auditable standards which led to source more fish with less duplication of social audits.

We wish Christa and the four other newly appointed Board Directors success in their new roles.
